Located in the middle of a forest clearing, the center of the square is the Felderholzweiher pond. It is home to ducks, koi and herons and is ideal for swimming. The pool has a long tradition dating back to the 1920s. When you talk to people from Isny, almost everyone has fond memories of learning to swim here or having their first kiss.

Hi, we are Isabel, Christoph & Aaron. Having grown up in Unterallgäu, it was always clear to us that we wanted to return home after our time in southern Germany's big cities. After many years of searching, we have found our new home: the Waldbad Isny. A great adventure is beginning for us and we are looking forward to experiencing it with you. You can be sure that we will always do our best and give you a warm welcome.
Sustainability is very important at the Isny forest pool. Since nature is our most important resource, it is not only a matter close to our hearts, but also the focus of our efforts to treat it as carefully as possible. We operate our heating and hot water supply with thermal solar systems and geothermal energy from our own deep borehole. Our electricity is mostly generated by photovoltaic systems and supplemented by 'green electricity', and we use collected rainwater to flush the toilets. To name just a few examples. With us you will experience what harmony between man and nature can look like.
