The modern holiday apartment in the main house offers 48 m² of space for up to two adults and one child - the perfect place for a relaxing stay in the Allgäu. With high-quality furnishings, ground-level access and a small balcony with a direct view of our natural lake.

The light-flooded kitchen-living room is well equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery - everything you need for your vacation. The spacious bathroom has a large shower, which provides refreshment after an active day in nature. For restful nights, a comfortable double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m) awaits you in the bedroom, and the second sleeping accommodation is a small sofa bed for children in the living room.

Surrounded by the picture-perfect nature of the Allgäu, the Seeblick holiday apartment offers a retreat - ideal for singles, couples or small families who would like to spend their vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Please note: Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment, but take a look at the other accommodations, in many you are allowed to bring your four-legged friends.

rental conditions

    • Our holiday apartment has 48 m², with ground floor access.

    • Sleeping options include a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) in the bedroom and a small sofa bed (not suitable for adults).

    • The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery.

    • Bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet.

    • WiFi is included in the price.

    • A furnished balcony is also available.

    • Bed linen and towels are not included. Please bring your own or book them when making your reservation for a fee.

    • For most people, the following points are self-evident; for everyone else, we have summarized them again in this and the following points.

    • Our general rules (house rules) and terms and conditions apply.

    • Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child. Visitors and second vehicles must be registered in advance.

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rental units.

    • Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment, but please take a look at our other rental properties, many of which allow you to bring your four-legged friends.

    • The deposit must be paid according to the booking system.

    • The deposit for our rental units is to be paid in cash at reception upon check-in, as stated in the price list above. You will get the deposit back after successful inspection of the accommodation upon departure.

    • The final cleaning fee is to be paid as stated in the price list above.

    • The rental units must be left clean on the day of departure, including:

    • Sweep/vacuum, wipe if heavily soiled

    • Empty and clean the refrigerator

    • take out the trash

    • washing and putting away dishes

    • cleaning the bathroom

    • remove dog hair if necessary

    • stripping beds

    • air the room regularly during your stay

    • Water flowers (if available)

    • Otherwise we reserve the right to retain the deposit.

    • Bedding set: 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase and 1 sheet 15,00 €

    • Towel set: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel 10.00 €

      Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Please bring your own or book them when making your reservation. The cost is charged once per stay and person.

    • Please report to reception upon arrival, the self-check-in at the terminal only works for camping guests

    • Check-in: on the day of arrival from 3 p.m., during reception opening hours

    • Check-out: on the day of departure until 10 am, after inspection of the accommodation by our team
